You can enforce user account security by configuring Password Policy settings. For more details about the Password Policy settings available, see "About Proliance Password Policy".
To configure reset password policy
Note: To configure Password Policy settings, you must have Password Policy permissions assigned to your role. For more information about assigning Password Policy permissions to your role, see "Add Password Policy Permissions to a Proliance Role".
The Password Policy page displays.
The Password Policy Management page displays.
Number of Consecutive Security Question Attempts: To enforce a restriction on failed attempts at answering security questions, clear the Unlimited failed security question attempts allowed check box and then enter the maximum number of failed attempts before the account is locked in the attempts before account locked field. A locked-out account can not be used until it is reset by an administrator or until the lockout duration for the account has expired. You can set a value between zero and 999 failed attempts.
From this point, Password Policy settings apply to all users who log in.
